About Us
Annafield Estates was born in late 2019 when James Gough and Colin Chapman started the Lettings department of the group from an office on New Street, in the heart of St. Neots. With decades of experience within the property industry, including residential sales, lettings, developing new homes and refurbishment of resale property, it soon became apparent that the clients we were dealing with, also required a good estate agent and one they could trust to do the job properly.
From this, Annafield Estate agents was born! We opened our High Street branch in Buckden, closely followed by our High Street branch in St. Neots, overlooking the Market Square. In 2021, we opened our third branch in Huntingdon, situated on the High Street.
